I chose Palmaïa for us with a very specific feeling in mind: peace you can actually feel in your body. This is one of those rare places where the world quiets down without you having to fight for it. The sea is right there, the jungle wraps around you, and something about that combination makes it easier to let your guard down and just be.
During our 4 nights and 5 days together, my intention is simple: to give you space to come back to yourself. We’re not here to perform wellness or rush from one thing to the next. We’re here to slow down, to breathe deeper, to listen inward again. We’ll share intentional moments that help you reset your nervous system, release what you’ve been carrying, and remember the parts of you that may have gotten buried under life.
