Payment Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to reserve your appointment or enrollment. Your session time (or class/event spot) is held exclusively for you once payment is received.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, including (but not limited to) missed appointments, schedule changes, or dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes and experiences vary by person.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (48-Hour Reschedule Pass)

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you may use a one-time Reschedule Pass to move your session to a new available date and time.

Reschedule Pass terms:

  • The Reschedule Pass may be used once per paid appointment.

  • The new appointment must be scheduled within 30 days of the original appointment date.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • If you cancel again after using the Reschedule Pass, or you do not show up for your rescheduled session, the session is forfeited and payment is retained.

No-Shows / Missed Appointments:
Missed appointments (no-shows) are charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or credits.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. Late arrivals do not qualify for partial refunds or credits.

Non-Refundable Services

Because time is reserved and services are delivered as scheduled, all services are final sale. No refunds are provided for sessions, packages, subscriptions/memberships, classes, events, or digital offerings.

Scope of Services

Services offered may include (but are not limited to):

  • Meditation sessions and guided practices

  • Sound healing / sound bath experiences

  • Energy healing / energy work

  • Soul coaching / spiritual coaching

  • Intuitive guidance services such as tarot readings, psychic readings, and medium sessions

  • Workshops, group sessions, and retreats

All services are provided for spiritual support, personal development, education, and self-reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional services such as medical care, mental health treatment, legal counsel, or financial advice.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, please consult a licensed healthcare or mental health professional. If you are in crisis or feel you may harm yourself or others, contact emergency services immediately.

Coaching Is Not Therapy

Soul coaching is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. Coaching supports clarity, growth, accountability, and aligned decision-making, but it is not a replacement for licensed clinical care.

Intuitive Services Are Interpretive

Tarot, psychic, and medium sessions are intuitive, interpretive, and spiritual in nature. Any insights, impressions, or messages shared are offered as guidance to consider—not guarantees, predictions, or certainty.

You remain fully responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes. You are always free to accept, interpret, or disregard any information shared during a session.

Results Vary / No Guarantees

Every person’s experience is unique. I do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, healing responses, or life changes from any service, session, class, or practice.

Personal Responsibility & Participation

By booking or participating, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in these services and agree to take full responsibility for your well-being, decisions, and results during and after sessions.

You agree to listen to your body, honor your boundaries, and communicate any discomfort or concerns. You may stop participation at any time.

Sound Healing, Meditation & Energy Work Safety Note

Meditation, sound healing, and energy work can create deep relaxation and may bring up emotions or physical sensations. If you have concerns or conditions that may be impacted by these experiences—including (but not limited to) seizures, serious mental health conditions, sound sensitivity, hearing conditions, pregnancy, heart conditions, or implanted medical devices—please consult a qualified professional before participating and notify me in advance so we can adjust where appropriate.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Your sessions are treated as a respectful, confidential space. Client information is not shared without consent, except where required by law (for example, risk of harm to self/others or legal obligations).

Recording Policy

To protect privacy and the integrity of the experience, sessions may not be recorded unless we mutually agree in writing in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless my business and its representatives from any and all claims, losses, or liability related to your participation in services, including actions you take or do not take based on any guidance provided.

Age Requirement

All services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated in writing.
