Our Values

Empowerment

We provide resources that empower survivors to heal and thrive.

Resilience

We believe in the beauty of resilience and renewal, so we serve survivors of abuse & trauma.

Self Love & Care

No one can serve from an empty vessel, so we share holistic wellness practices to nurture self love & care.

Community

We believe in the value of community, so we connect and support survivors.

Authenticity

We value authenticity, so we are honest with ourselves and each other.

Spiritual Alignment

Our holistic practices seek spiritual alignment because we value emotional and spiritual health as much as physical health.

About Our Founder

Annetta Allison founded Golden Sunrise Mind & Body to empower her fellow survivors of abuse and trauma to heal and thrive. She wants you to know that you are not alone in your pain, and you are stronger and more resilient than you imagine.

The cover of Finding Light in the Darkest Places by Annetta Allison shows a little girl hesitantly peeking through a slightly open door with sunlight shining behind her.

Finding Light in the Darkest Places

Annetta’s book is a raw and intimate account of her fight to break free from the chains of childhood trauma, domestic abuse, and self doubt. More than a memoir, Finding Light in the Darkest Places is a beacon of hope for every woman who has ever felt broken, unseen, or lost in her own suffering.
