About Us

Golden Sunrise Mind & Body offers holistic wellness resources like meditation practices, sound healing, and individual coaching both online and through in-person wellness retreats.

Our Values

Empowerment

We offer support, tools, and experiences that empower women to reconnect with who they are and move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Resilience

We honor the strength it takes to return to yourself, and we believe renewal is always possible at any stage of life.

Self Love & Care

We believe women deserve to pour into themselves with the same care they so freely give to others, which is why we encourage practices that nurture self-love, rest, and well-being.

Community

We believe in the power of women being seen, supported, and encouraged, so we create spaces where connection, belonging, and shared growth can flourish.

Authenticity

We value authenticity, so we encourage women to show up as their full selves with honesty, grace, and self-acceptance.

Spiritual Alignment

We believe true well-being includes the mind, body, and spirit, so we embrace holistic practices that help women return to themselves in deeper alignment.

About Our Founder

Annetta Allison founded Golden Sunrise Mind & Body as a space for women to return to themselves—fully, unapologetically, and with intention. She believes that every woman holds the power to reconnect with who she truly is, beyond the noise, expectations, and demands of life. Through her work, Annetta creates experiences that remind women of their strength, their worth, and their ability to begin again.

Finding Light in the Darkest Places

Annetta’s book is a raw and intimate account of her fight to break free from the chains of childhood trauma, domestic abuse, and self doubt. More than a memoir, Finding Light in the Darkest Places is a beacon of hope for every woman who has ever felt broken, unseen, or lost in her own suffering.

“This book is amazing!!! First off, I’m not someone who enjoys reading—usually the minute I pick up a book, I fall asleep after a page or two. But this one was so intense and captivating that I couldn’t put it down! I finished it in just a day and a half because I had to know what happened next. Since then, I’ve passed it along to several friends, and they’ve all had the same reaction. You absolutely can’t go wrong with this wonderfully written book! ”

“Tragedy to Triumph—this was an emotional read. Parts of it were hard to read, not going to lie. LOTS of tears shed for this author who suffered something no one should have to. You can’t help but root for this author and the overwhelming joy I felt at the end made all the tears worth it. This is a book that will humble you and make you feel grateful no matter how hard your own life is. Cheers to Annetta.
